1.Sibling discounts for children from the same family 

• Second child: Registration fee reduced by 50% – Discount of ：-13.000.000 VND 
• Third child: Registration fee fully waived, only administrative fee of applies 2,600,000 VND

2.Meals fee

• Kindergarten: Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack
• Primary and Middle school: Lunch only

3.Collection charges for additional items or services

• Parent Association Fee is collected directly by the Parent Association

• Uniform and sportswear fees are calculated according to the school's uniform pricing.

4.Transportation fee

• The transportation company charges based on the route. Please provide pick-up and drop-off information!

 5.Refund regulations and policies

• If the first semester has started (even if the student attends only 1–2 days before withdrawal), only the second semester's tuition will be refunded.
• If the second semester has started, no tuition will be refunded.
• Meal fees will be refunded if the parent notifies the homeroom teacher or the academic office at least 30 days in advance of the student's official withdrawal date.

6.Notice on Tuition Fee Adjustment and Payment Instructions 

• Tuition fee for this academic year has been adjusted by 2% to 10%. This form is for annual tuition payment.

7. Payment method

Fees can be paid by cash or bank transfer. Bank transaction fees will be borne by the Parent or Fee Payer. Payments must be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

8.Enrollment & Transition Fee

• For new students: A one-time enrollment fee and an administrative management fee are required.
• For students advancing to a new level: A grade transition/enrollment fee is required.
• These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
