What are the differences between the Elite and Bilingual International programs? Can the class schedules be shared?

Both programs are well-planned. We will organize an orientation session and provide the curriculum outlines. 

Why does TEM have a medical course, but BIA does not?

Both programs are available.

When is tuition due? Is there an early bird discount?

A 5% discount applies if the deposit is paid before May 12. 

What if the English class is too fast and we need private tutoring?

First, analyze where the problem is whether it is incomprehension in class or the speed of speech. Or participate in the school's after-school classes, establish good reading habits, and preview before class and review after class.

Will there be new subjects added to the TEM course?

Refer to the program diagram.

Will classes be too small if further divided?

Smaller classes allow more personalized instruction and higher teaching quality.

Why is there such a big difference in tuition fees when the courses are not very different?

  • TEM follows a more traditional, academically structured model that aligns with standardized advancement systems, with Chinese as the primary language of instruction
  • In contrast, BIA is built around 21st-century experiential learning principles, focusing on PBL (Project-Based Learning), HIP (High-Impact Practices), and STEAM education, with an emphasis on holistic development
  • Therefore, the difference in tuition reflects not just the curriculum content but the depth, methodology, and goals of each educational program. 

What is the school schedule?

Our classes start at 7:30 am and run until 3:50 pm, Monday to Friday. 
If students participate in the after-school classes, the classes will finish at 5:20 pm.

Does a one-time payment mean we pay this time and don't need to pay later?

Yes, a one-time payment is available for a child enrolling at the school for the first time; you only need to pay once at our school.

Does the school have a shuttle bus? How about the cost?

Yes, our school has a shuttle bus. The cost of this service will be based on the address provided by the parent.

Is the Chinese Elite Program guaranteed to open? Will it be canceled if enrollment is insufficient?

Yes. Enrollment requires passing an assessment. Admission results will be announced by the end of May. Whether the class will be offered depends on actual enrollment and assessment results. 

What are the differences in instructional hours between TEM and BIA?

They differ in subject distribution. We will provide a chart comparing weekly instructional hours for each subject. 

How is math taught in the BIA program? Will there be a translator?

Teachers are bilingual. Additional support may be provided to ensure students understand the content. 

Teachers and principals often change — is the school stable?

Teachers are under contract, and most departures are due to personal reasons. We are continually strengthening our faculty. 

Is it acceptable to have many Filipino teachers for English?

Filipino teachers are English-proficient and experienced in international schools. Many also share Chinese cultural values, serving as a cultural bridge. 

What kind of teacher will be assigned as homeroom teacher in the future?

Teachers who can communicate well with both students and parents will be prioritized. 

If we reserved a spot in TEM but want to switch programs, how is tuition handled?

Submit a 20 million VND deposit and complete assessments by May 19. Results and eligibility for a 5% discount will be announced on May 30. 

Are there sibling registration discounts?

Yes. The second child receives a 50% discount on the registration fee. 

Are the graduation certificates different for TEM and BIA?

The certificate is the same. 

Does choosing BIA affect qualification for university admission in Taiwan as an overseas Chinese student?

No, it doesn't.

Vietnam and China are recognized as overseas Chinese schools in Taiwan, and the qualifications and identities of overseas Chinese students must be determined in accordance with laws and regulations. As long as you meet the following two qualifications, you can come to Taiwan to study as an overseas Chinese student and enjoy complete care from the government:

  • Born overseas and residing continuously until now, or having resided overseas for the last 6 consecutive years. (If you wish to study in the Faculty of Medicine, Chinese Medicine and Dentistry, you must have resided in the Faculty of Medicine for at least 8 years)
  • Obtain a certificate of long-term or permanent residence in the place of residence. Ordinary students have lived in the place of residence for at least six years (more than 183 days per year); The Faculty of Medicine, the place of residence for eight years.

Which program should we choose for Chinese university admission? Will there be counseling?

Students can apply through either the Overseas Chinese Exam or international admission. BIA offers more diverse options. 

What if students don’t understand English class and there's no homework or communication?

An immersive environment requires time. We recommend after-school support to help students adapt. 

Has the high school been officially established?

The investment license for establishing the high school has been approved. The Department of Education is currently reviewing the textbooks, and our school is now permitted to open classes.
