ESG Model by Viet Hoa & Jinli – From the Heart of Education to Sustainable Action
Viet Hoa International School, President Ming-Hui Hsieh of Jinli Plastics, and the Federation of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Asia Join Forces to Showcase ESG Sustainability Model Factory Achievements in Vietnam
The 3rd Joint Board Meeting of the 32nd Session of the Federation of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Asia was grandly held on July 17, 2025, at the Hanlai Hotel in Taipei. President Ming-Hui Hsieh, founder of both Viet Hoa International School and Jinli Plastics, was specially invited to present the latest results of the “2024 Vietnam ESG Sustainability Model Factory Project,” guided by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC). His presentation received widespread recognition from overseas Taiwanese leaders and business representatives.
President Hsieh has long been dedicated to Vietnam, promoting both education and industrial talent cultivation. He embraces corporate social responsibility and actively responds to the OCAC’s ESG initiative by implementing energy-saving and carbon-reducing equipment, optimizing production efficiency, and practicing waste recycling management in Jinli’s factories. These efforts exemplify how Taiwanese enterprises in Vietnam are leading the way toward net-zero emissions and a circular economy.
In his speech, President Hsieh emphasized that sustainable development and carbon reduction are global industrial trends. Looking forward, he plans to continue advancing through technological upgrades, green procurement, and school-enterprise collaboration. He also announced that ESG concepts will be integrated into Viet Hoa International School’s environmental education curriculum, instilling eco-awareness in students from a young age—embodying the ESG vision of “education as the foundation, and enterprises as the pioneers.”
